Code of Conduct E-mail

1) Once a member of MoD, wear your tags at all times. Do not play on MoD servers under gaming aliases other than your MoD alias. MoD members never impersonate another clan tag or another MoD member.

2) While wearing your MoD tags - whether in our servers or any other server - play with honor, respect the other gamers on that server, and set a good example for guests in our servers.

3) Have integrity  - If another player engages in dishonorable behavior don't go back and forth with them. Getting tied up in an argument with an IDIOT makes us look bad and does nothing to solve the problem.

4) The use of cheats, glitches, aimbots, fly-cams or auxiliary advantages is strictly prohibited and monitored.  Members caught cheating may be banned without notice and have their priviledges suspended pending investigation. Ban decisions may be appealed by posting in forums. If you suspect someone of cheating in game, whether or not they are a member of MoD, notify an admin.

5) MoD members should not use on-screen chat to display offensive, foul, vulgar, or taunting language while in our game servers. When using any form of communication with others, please remember that other clan members may have young children present while playing and what you say may be heard or seen by those children.

6) MoD members will not overly taunt, gloat, or provoke other players in a malicious manner. Friendly bantering is accepted. If the other player suggests the chat may be inappropriate, the MoD member will cease the bantering immediately.

7) MoD members will not betray members of their team during any team match. Work as a team whenever possible.

8) MoD members will not change sides during a match except to even the sides or when asked by the server Host, and then they will remain on that chosen side for the remainder of the match.

9) MoD members will play with MoD communications such as X-Fire and Ventrilo. This is a requirement for any MoD member on a MoD server.

10) Leadership and the Chain of Command are essential to our success. MoD members will follow the Chain of Command at all times. If you have a problem or concern with another MoD member, you should attempt to work the problem out with each other. Under no circumstances are problems between two MoD members to be posted in a public  MoD forum - or any other means of public communication. Disrespect to any other member of MoD will not be tolerated. Any objectionable actions will be dealt with immediately.

11) Ranking members (officers and up) will not abuse their authority over other members or guests in our servers. You may not use TeamMoD resources to recruit into any other clan!

12) MoD members may receive information that is confidential to the Clan. This could include information on people, passwords, access instructions, and strategies. MoD members will not divulge this information to anyone outside of MoD.

13) We have other allied clans. The members of these clans are to be afforded the same respect you give to MoD members. When playing on any allied clan's server, you are expected to play by their rules at all times.

The Tribunal reserves the right to alter/change the code of conduct at any time.
